Common questions.
Everything you need to know about our limited-edition fine art prints.
Every print is produced on Hahnemuhle Photo Rag 308gsm — a 100% cotton, acid-free, museum-grade paper trusted by galleries worldwide. We use archival pigment inks rated to last 200+ years without fading, ensuring your print remains vivid for generations.
Each print is flat-packed between acid-free tissue and rigid cardboard in a custom art mailer. Larger sizes ship in reinforced tubes. Every order is insured, tracked, and shipped free worldwide. Typical delivery is 5–10 business days depending on your location.
We offer four formats: Small (12×18″), Medium (20×30″), Large (30×45″), and Statement (40×60″). All sizes maintain the same archival quality and hand-finishing. If you need a custom size or aspect ratio for a specific space, reach out to us directly.
Each photograph is printed in a strictly limited run — typically between 8 and 25 prints depending on the work. Once an edition sells out, it is retired permanently. Every print is individually numbered (e.g. 3/15) and comes with a signed Certificate of Authenticity.
We want you to be completely satisfied. If your print arrives damaged or you are unhappy for any reason, contact us within 14 days of delivery. We will arrange a replacement or full refund. Because each print is made to order, we ask that returns are shipped in the original packaging.
Prints are sold unframed to give you creative freedom in choosing a frame that complements your space. We recommend a simple float frame in black, natural oak, or white to let the photograph speak for itself. For a gallery-style presentation, consider mounting on aluminum Dibond.
Avoid direct sunlight and high humidity. If framed behind glass, use UV-protective glazing. Handle prints by the edges or wear cotton gloves. With proper care and framing, archival pigment prints maintain their color fidelity for well over a century.
